TGI Fridays - Bluewater: A Lively Dining Experience Awaits

Popped in there while waiting for my hoffmister beer i hadn't drunk since the 70s starters were great and so was main really enjoyable experience the staff were very helpful and friendly

I hadn't been to TGI's since I was about 14, so we tried it as the Tapas bar is constantly out of what we wanted, and we were sick of it. It was a little difficult to get sat, although I had booked a table, as we have a wheelchair user who is Autistic so seating is important for her to be comfortable. They were amazing, identifying areas we could use, then walking me to possible spots. Once sat we were greeted, we ordered drinks (why is it always 2for1 on the same cocktail!) Then food, mains didn't grab us so we did a mezze style with starters and sides. The potato skins had no flavour and were dry, the sour cream was split with that unappealing water residue on top. We pointed it out, but as we had eaten them (without the source cream), we weren't after a refund just to let them know how bland they were. The manager removed them, which we weren't expecting. The sesame seed strips were the highlight, as we're the corn niblets and the pork chops. Although we probably won't be back, it was totally down to our tastes and not the service or quality of food. We did spot the crab shack across the way, which is next on our lists!

Really happy with the service with Tina! Went here on a date, we are both really indecisive and saw TGI Fridays and was like let’s give it a try. It was not disappointing. Our server Tina was so nice and friendly she gave us extra water as it was a hot day. And she also made us a ballon flower bouquet which was super sweet! The food was good and filling. I went with a salad with steak topping and the steak was cooked just right for me. I will be coming back for sure!

A great casual experience in a casual environment. The neons and the classy service people made it even a special experience. Very professional service. The food was awesome. Portions are fulfilling. The presentation of the food was very colourful. But above all the taste was something which lingered over a time. The mocktails were ok, but not the greatest to be honest.

Amazing! Went there for my birthday and they gave me free popcorn! I ordered the big platter since it was my birthday and boy it was huge! There was ribs, a whole chicken, mac and cheese, onion rings, fries, beans, and corn on the cob! The cheese donuts were great, I love the texture and the marinara sauce it came with it, and the potato skins were alright!, the only thing I didn’t like about it was the sauce, it was too sour a bit, and since it was my birthday they gave me a free cake!

Great customer service from Ellie and the team! We shared between two: two sober loader mocktails, chicken platter, onions rings, vegan nachos & potato tots. The food was really nice overall. Some aspects of dishes were slightly salty / saucy. However, overall considering tgis is a chain we were pretty happy with the food.

Was seated very quickly. The place felt welcoming. Food and drinks were good. Only thing is told the waiter we was in a rush and wanted our starters with our mains which we didn’t get and had to wait a while for our mains. But apart from that he was very friendly and provided us with a good service. Would definitely recommend.
